Standard (S): Regular websites with stable structures and minimal anti-bot protection.
Hard (H): Advanced or protected websites requiring headless browsers, CAPTCHA solving, or residential proxies. These sources demand extra computing and network resources, reflected in a higher rate.

Note: All prices apply to validated, production-quality data — not test or sample crawls.
As your monthly volume grows, you automatically benefit from lower effective rates — no negotiations or manual discounts needed.

Understand Your Cost by Location Complexity

Some retailers require one request per country, others per store. The more granular the data, the more requests we need to make—this directly affects your cost. The table below shows how location-based request volume impacts pricing through our location multiplier.

Pricing FAQs

Have questions about how our pricing works?
Here are the most common answers about usage-based billing, location multipliers, and what affects your monthly cost.

Yes, we do! We deliver data from your selected website in your preferred format for 14 days—completely free of charge. If you're satisfied with the results, we proceed with the contract phase after the trial.

Absolutely! Here's a real-world example to help clarify:

Let’s say the target website has around 9,000 products and 300 store locations.

  1. From our base pricing table, 9,000 products fall under the 3rd tier, resulting in a $300/month charge for product information.

    • If the site requires JavaScript rendering, this increases to $450/month.

  2. For availability data, the base price is $150/month.

    • Since the website returns store-based data one location per request, the location multiplier is 5 (based on our Location Multiplier table).

    • This makes the availability cost $150 × 5 = $750/month.

Total Monthly Cost:

  • For a standard site: $300 + $750 = $1,050

  • For a JS-rendered site: $450 + $750 = $1,200

We know this can sound a bit complex, but once you share your target, we break down all the details for you—clearly and transparently. 😊

Yes, absolutely. That’s why we’ve separated the pricing logic for product data and availability data. You can choose to subscribe to only the data you need—no unnecessary extras.

Of course! The location multiplier reflects how many requests we need to make to collect availability data based on how the retailer’s website provides it.

Let’s break it down with examples:

  • For Retailer X, data is returned by city. If you want availability data for 81 cities, we need to make 81 separate requests. → Multiplier: 81

  • For Retailer Y, data is returned per store, and they have 1,000 stores. We must request each one individually. → Multiplier: 1,000

  • For Retailer Z, all store availability is returned in a single request. Lucky us! → Multiplier: 1

So, the more granular the site’s structure, the higher the multiplier—and this directly affects the pricing of availability data.

This model ensures fairness and scalability in how we calculate your monthly cost. 😊

Your service starts at the beginning of the month. At the start of the following month, we issue an invoice for the previous month’s usage. You’ll have 14 days to complete the payment after the invoice is sent.

These prices are based on a frequency of once per day. If you require more frequent updates, we apply the following frequency multipliers:
